The
Mainland Team (808/ARQ)
Our
mainland Halo clan
goes by the name of 808 (formally ARQ) and
is made up of four
members, Frank Taua, Jason Kahawai, Mitchell Keawe, and Aaron Hamrick.
This solid four currently attend college in
the State of Indiana, along
way from the Waianae coast where they were brought up. They spend
much of their free time driving all over the MidWest looking for Halo tournaments
to enter. We are thrilled that they have chosen to represent the 808Burners
center when they play. Also, representing Hawaii helps
keep them
linked to the islands they call home and miss.
Some
of 808/ARQs past accomplishments include:
~ 4\19\2003 1st place Igames Halo spring Divisionals at Netheads
Cyber cafe in Indianapolis Indiana

the winners.
~ 9\21\2003 3rd place Halo fall tournament at the Louisville Video
Gaming Association or the LVGA (www.theLVGA.com) see

Alvarez,
are as equally polished as our Mainland team and can be found playing Halo
PC or Halo Xbox here at their home center with their supportive families.
